Reason for closing:  Not a bug
Additional comments about closing:  Read the optdepends for your packages, which explain whether or not you should care about this warning.

Warnings are not errors due to the fact that they are, in fact, warnings.

xed doesn't link to this library in any way shape or form, and xed works perfectly fine with or without these dependencies installed.

In fact, xed's spell checking plugin, powered by gspell, which is in turn powered by enchant, *also* works fine.

xed is merely noisy while printing warnings from every single enchant plugin, telling you haven't installed all of enchant's optdepends and therefore some of enchant's optional features are missing.

This is no way any sort of bug.
