A while ago, basically all my Python-Fu plugins and scripts
stopped working, and the Python-Fu sub-menu has disappeared.
I thought I had done something wrong, but it turns out,
python was just [disabled in the
PKGBUILD](https://git.archlinux.org/svntogit/packages.git/tree/trunk/PKGBUILD?h=packages/gimp&id=9b8ffa3f37881c6f87dcc5115a714c25694148bd#n49)
A quick [blame](https://gitlab.com/archlinux-svntogit-mirror/packages/-/blame/d9698dcd71670524d69519dee142c81db03e0c38/gimp/repos/extra-x86_64/PKGBUILD#L49) leads to [this commit](https://gitlab.com/archlinux-svntogit-mirror/packages/-/commit/9401fe3b35b5ad8180619ff96f77d4a5ebf6a07b) in the gitlab mirror, which corresponds to [this commit](https://git.archlinux.org/svntogit/packages.git/commit/?h=packages/gimp&id=9401fe3b35b5ad8180619ff96f77d4a5ebf6a07b) in svntogit. Is there a reason for python to be disabled? Most of the plugins I use daily are written in python. so I'm probably just gonna have to build GIMP myself as a workaround. |

Sorry for the formatting, I couldn't find any resources for the
markup languages that this bug tracker supports, so I just wrote
the whole thing in markdown.
