Description:

Installing 389-ds-base 1.4.4.2-3 and running "dscreate interactive" results in Python error:
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'packaging'

Manually installing python-setuptools, which is currently marked as makedepends of 389-ds-base and depends on python-packaging itself, solves the issue.

Additional info:
* log file has been attached, which shows the output of 2 commands: "dscreate interactive" and "dscreate".

Steps to reproduce:
1. On minimal Arch Linux install: "pacman -S 389-ds-base"
2. Run "dscreate interactive"
