DetailsDescription:
The standard way to compile against MKL is to "source /opt/intel/mkl/bin/mklvars.sh intel64". The package in community is missing this script. For example the "r-mkl" package in AUR has to ship mklvars.sh Building OpenCV or PyTorch with MKL also requires that, in particular to set MKLROOT and other similar environment variable. Additional info: * package version(s) * config and/or log files etc. * link to upstream bug report, if any Steps to reproduce: pacman -S intel-mkl pacman -Ql intel-mkl | grep mklvars.sh |

Test the current mklvars.sh file in intel-mkl-2020.1.217-6 please.
