Details

Description:

The standard way to compile against MKL is to "source /opt/intel/mkl/bin/mklvars.sh intel64".
The package in community is missing this script.

For example the "r-mkl" package in AUR has to ship mklvars.sh
Building OpenCV or PyTorch with MKL also requires that, in particular to set MKLROOT and other similar environment variable.

Test the current mklvars.sh file in intel-mkl-2020.1.217-6 please.
