Description:
Kinfocenter is missing icons and cannot find kcm modules

"Couldn't load plugin "kcms/kcm_about_distro" : "The shared library was not found." -- falling back to old-style loading from desktop file"

Steps to reproduce:
1. Fresh install of plasma and kdebase.
2. open kinfocenter.
