Details

According to <https://github.com/Airblader/i3/wiki/Building-from-source#building>, sanitizers should be disabled in release builds:

> Disabling sanitizers is important for release versions!

We can do this by passing `--disable-sanitizers` when invoking the configure script in the PKGBUILD.

(Also see  FS#66683 , which is the same task but for the i3-gaps package.)
