Description:
I use optimus-manager (https://github.com/Askannz/optimus-manager) to manage GPUs on my laptop. Since I updated mesa from 20.0.6-2 to 20.0.7-1, the display doesn't work at all when I try to switch to, or boot into, NVIDIA mode.

Additionally, picom failed to work in intel mode by crashing with a segfault. This issue was already fixed in upstream picom here: https://github.com/yshui/picom/issues/324. However, it occurred again due to the mesa upgrade.

Additional info:
* mesa: 20.0.7-1
* CPU: Intel 6700HQ
* iGPU: Intel HD Graphics 530
* dGPU: NVIDIA GTX 960M

Steps to reproduce:
1. Try to boot with, or switch to, NVIDIA mode as detailed here: https://github.com/Askannz/optimus-manager#usage
