Details

Description: Many filters are not available (e.g. HTML: Text, Crop: Rectangle, etc.) because libwebvfx is not installed.

webvfx also provides the qmelt executable, currently replaced by melt using a patch. I'm not sure it makes any difference on Linux (qmelt is a Qt wrapper for melt, mainly for Windows and Mac OS, as I understand).

webvfx was not available, neither on arch packages nor on AUR. I provided a package on AUR [https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/webvfx/]. However, I'm not sure whether it should be bundled are a separate package, or integrated within the shotcut package?

Additional info:
* package version: 20.04.12-1

It should be a different package, I'll add this to my TODO but I can't give you any ETA.

Latest stable release 20.10.31 removed WebVfx and QTWebkit, so i guess this doesn't need to get done anymore.
