Description:
graphical (pie) reports need matplotlib (provided here by `python-matplotlib`) to work

Additional info:
* smem-1.5-2

Steps to reproduce:
* try to run `smem --pie name -s rss`
* smem exits with this message `pie chart requires matplotlib` and no output

Why was this opened? It isn't missing python-matplotlib as an optdep, smem has had it as an optdep for the past 9.5 years.
