Please backport https://github.com/ipython/ipython/commit/1e79c167a41d13eee673b8bb54798cb2f920f957 to fix deprecation warnings with jedi 0.16. This is not a big issue in ipython itself, since it hides warnings by default, but it breaks Sage autocompletion badly. |
