DetailsDescription:
While trying to remove a file today (Friday, 1 May 2020 GMT), using 'rm' command, I got the error: 'zsh: command not found: rm'. But, I am pretty sure I didn't remove it, so, I tried installing it again using 'sudo pacman -S rm' but it returned: 'error: target not found: rm'. So, I went to 'https://www.archlinux.org/packages/' and searched for 'rm' but couldn't find it there too. Then, I went to 'https://archive.archlinux.org/packages/r/' and searched for 'rm' but couldn't find it there too. What happened to 'rm' ? Steps to reproduce: 1. Update your system. 2. Trying removing any file/folder using 'rm'. |
This task depends upon
core/coreutils 8.32-1 [installed]
usr/bin/rm
But 'whereis rm' gives:
rm: /usr/share/man/man1/rm.1.gz /usr/share/man/man1/rm.1p.gz
