Description:
After update to the lldb package, lld-mi is not available by default (see email link below). This change causes debug plugin to break (error: Could not run 'lldb-mi'. Make sure that the path name is specified correctly.). gdb plugin does not work by default either, because it needs the package [okteta] to be installed. okteta and lldb-mi should be set as dependencies for kdevelop package. Given that there's not even a standalone release of lldb-mi out yet, there's no point in packaging it at least until kdevelop upstream moves to python3
