would it be possible to add the date of an outdated package with the 'pacman -Si' and 'pacman -Qi' commands?

For example, with the 'junit' package, add an 'out-of-date: 2017-10-06' line.

Oh - from the Arch web site. That data is wrong as often as is right... And is Arch specific. This will not be added to pacman.
