DetailsEvery time after a bigger move from testing to current there is a synchronisation problem of the mirrors.
I'm running the Swiss arch mirror (archlinux.puzzle.ch). The mirror uses the arch rsync server for updating with a cron job every hour. The problem is: it cannot connect the most time because of the max. connections limit (10 connections). If the mirror can connect, the connection is quite slow. Possible solutions for this issue: 1) Allow only mirrors to connect to this server (at least per rsync).
