Steps to reproduce:/Description:

Isn't dependencies of `podman` should be installed and configured at his installation?

Right after the installation I tried a `podman run hello-world` who resulted in `Error: /usr/bin/slirp4netns failed: "open(\"/dev/net/tun\"): No such device\nWARNING: Support for seccomp is experimental\nchild failed(1)\nWARNING: Support for seccomp is experimental\n"`
After that I tried to follow that https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Linux_Containers#Enable_support_to_run_unprivileged_containers_(optional) but same result
After that I tried that https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Buildah#Enable_support_to_build_unprivileged_containers and same
