Description:
The plasma nm applet has a button to start a hotspot in order to share a wired connection. However, this will fail (it will try to set up a connection and eventually give up) without any visual error message. journalctl however gives the reason: ``` <warn> [1587410302.0877] device (wlp3s0): Activation: Stage 5 of 5 (IPv4 Commit) start sharing failed: could not start dnsmasq due to binary file »dnsmasq« not found ``` Since this button is always activated in plasma-nm 'dnsmasq' should be set as a dependency. Additional info: * plasmashell 5.18.4.1 * plasma-nm 5.18.4.1 * dnsmasq 2.81 Steps to reproduce: 1) Start plasma without having dnsmasq installed 2) Attempt to create hotspot |

Reason for closing: Not a bug
Additional comments about closing: that message comes from NetworkManager, which already optdepends on dnsmasq
