Hello,

I've updated from 19.3.4-2 to 20.0.4-1 yesterday, and my OpenGL programs all crash on startup. I've tried with Anki and Calibre's ebook-viewer. The traceback only reports a SIGSEGV.

Reverting to modesetting from xf86-video-intel (1:2.99.917+899+gf66d3954-1) prevents the crashes from happening.

HTH.

Had the same problem with gl-applications segfaulting after mesa-update (since mesa-20.0.0-1).
Updating the extra/xf86-video-intel to 1:2.99.917+901+gf2a54e25-1 fixed the problem for me.

I can confirm that the bug is now resolved on my end with extra/xf86-video-intel at 1:2.99.917+901+gf2a54e25-1. This should hopefully be the case for everyone.
