Steps to reproduce:
Go to any page of a staging package, e.g. https://www.archlinux.org/packages/staging/x86_64/llvm/
Click on the link at: Repository: Staging
... which leads to https://www.archlinux.org/packages/?repo=Staging
Which shows "Select a valid choice. Staging is not one of the available choices."

I was expecting, for unauthenticated users either
a) The link is hidden
b) Search for staging repos works

True this is a bug, [staging] should be hidden for normal users to not confuse them or encourage them to use it.
