Description: AccountsService should be added as an optional
dependency, similar to how LightDM has it, because it can
optionally be used to handle user icons (avatars) as
described here

what's the point? sddm can see the icons from
/var/lib/AccountsService regardless of whether accountsservice is
installed or not. Installing it is not going to fix anything
unless you have a UI that writes the icons there, sddm itself has
no code at all to interact with it.
