Details

Description: AccountsService should be added as an optional dependency, similar to how LightDM has it, because it can optionally be used to handle user icons (avatars) as described here https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/SDDM#User_icon_(avatar).

what's the point? sddm can see the icons from /var/lib/AccountsService regardless of whether accountsservice is installed or not. Installing it is not going to fix anything unless you have a UI that writes the icons there, sddm itself has no code at all to interact with it.
