Are you reporting CentOS issue on the Arch Linux bug tracker or did you experience that issue on your Arch?
Looking at their issue, seems to not be related to Arch container, as they experience the same issue with fedora.

The issue is around the switch to statx and an issue in libseccomp.
Not sure, the fix should land in coreutils, moreover, we don't have issue in Arch, so supporting old CentOS version...
