Running pacreport, it informed me of two dangling symlinks from the 'texlive-bin' package - the binary being symlinked to ("cluttex") in this PKGBUILD lives in another package, 'texlive-core' which I do not have installed on my system (no other package needs/links/dependencies).

/usr/bin/cllualatex -> cluttex
/usr/bin/clxelatex -> cluttex (file list)

Steps to reproduce:

$ pacman -Q | grep texlive
texlive-bin 2019.51075-8

$ sudo pacreport --missing-files
Missing Package Files:
texlive-bin /usr/bin/cllualatex
texlive-bin /usr/bin/clxelatex

$ ls -l /usr/bin/cl{lualatex,xelatex}
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 7 Mar 30 05:31 /usr/bin/cllualatex -> cluttex
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 7 Mar 30 05:31 /usr/bin/clxelatex -> cluttex

$ ls -l /usr/bin/cluttex
ls: cannot access '/usr/bin/cluttex': No such file or directory

In Texlive 2020 packages (available in [testing]) the symlinks have moved to texlive-core.

Awesome, thanks I had a look at the git commits and see it there being added, we can close this if you'd like. Sorry for not checking testing repo first for changes, my mistake. I'll remember for next time. :)
