Description:
Gitea 1.11.4 is not usable (the install interface does not work).
I had exactly the same issue with Gitea 1.11.3-1 and it was fixed by Gitea 1.11.3-2

Additional info:
* 1.11.14-1

Steps to reproduce:

Install the package, start gitea service and then go to http://host:3000 in a browser. Try to select something else than MySQL. The interface will not react.

I had the same issue with 1.11.3-1 and it was due to the fact that gitea was compiled with bindata option (which supposedly binds the static resources in the executable). It was fixed by 1.11.3-2 which compiled without bindata enabled and provided the static resources in package, installed then in /usr/share/gitea.

So the easy fix is to apply the same fix from 1.11.3-1 to 1.11.3-2. The more difficult fix is to see why the bindata option does not work.
