DetailsThe current implementation of the `pymol.desktop` does not support MIME data, also it would not allow to open the corresponding files via GUI usage (aka double clicking on file to open file with PyMOL). It is therefor also missing from context menu AND from the 'Open with..'-menu (speaking for GNOME)
The proper entry for the MIME data would be: MimeType=chemical/x-pdb;chemical/pdby;chemical/x-mol2;chemical/x-mdl-molfile;chemical/x-mdl-sdfile;chemical/x-xyz;chemical/x-macromodel-input;chemical/x-vmd; While the exec line is: Exec: pymol %F Package version: 2.3.0-2 Kernel: 4.19.113-1-MANJARO |
