Description:

The package includes archlinux.cloud.cfg, but that config is never installed into the target system. It should (presumably) replace the included /etc/cloud/cloud.cfg.

Package version: 19.3-1

Steps to reproduce:

2. Observe that pkg/cloud-init/etc/cloud/cloud.cfg does not match archlinux.cloud.cfg

The archlinux.cloud.cfg is a remaining artifact and will get removed.
cloud-init has native arch linux support from now on and we can use the generated cloud.cfg by cloud-init.
