The package includes archlinux.cloud.cfg, but that config is never installed into the target system. It should (presumably) replace the included /etc/cloud/cloud.cfg. Package version: 19.3-1 Steps to reproduce: 1. Build cloud-init 2. Observe that pkg/cloud-init/etc/cloud/cloud.cfg does not match archlinux.cloud.cfg 3. Observe that archlinux.cloud.cfg is not present in pkg/ at all |

cloud-init has native arch linux support from now on and we can use the generated cloud.cfg by cloud-init.
