Are you using AppArmor? If so, this is probably a duplicate of  FS#65815 .

If you enabled AppArmor yourself using the steps described in  FS#65815  you will know, if not, yours is a different problem.

Does the issue occur as well if you directly run Tor Browser downloaded from https://www.torproject.org/download/?

It occurs with this package, downloaded from pacman, but not at all with the .desktop from tor.org

I have a kernel option who say that apparmor is on, so I guess it's a duplicate
