Description:
Super key isn't sensed by gnome-shell if non us keyboard layout active.

Steps to reproduce:
- Install additional input source - such like hungarian (101/QWERTY/comma/no dead keys)
- Change to original keyboard layout - English (US)
- Hit Super key - it works
- Change to secondary layout (hu)
- Hit Super key - doesn't work

Fix was backported to gnome-3.36 branch: https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/mutter/-/commit/2cc8061f352e99767a33536b37b241e974092adb

Can confirm this fixes the issue.
