Python is not an official category.
If, then it would not refer to the language, but to the toolkit, i.e. Java is for AWT and/or Swing, similar to the Qt and GTK categories.

Afaik Intellij uses Swing with their own Look-and-Feel, so Java would fit.

Can you replace Python category by Java?
