Description:
When I play a short MP3 file, eg, the pronunciation of a word,
http://www.learnersdictionary.com/audio?file=vaccin06&format=mp3&word=vaccine&pron=v%C3%A6k%CB%88si%CB%90n
the beginning of the mp3 is omitted.
The package is
https://www.archlinux.org/packages/extra/x86_64/chromium/


But on the official binary of google-chrome, the bug doesn't exist.

This bug troubles me a lot when I listen to the pronunciation.

The left is official binary from google
