DetailsDescription:
It would be nice to build glibc with --enable-systemtap. This will include probes for use with bcc/bpftrace. It should be almost no cost when the probes aren't enabled. I believe some other distributions enable it by default. Attached is a patch that I applied to glibc-2.31-2 and verified that the probes worked. |
