I had made a bug report on the package man-pages, but was requested to report it here. The original report is here:

Additional comments about closing:  As per commit in keyutils, these man pages should be migrated to man-pages. So we will track this down for the man-pages task:

Though I made this report as requested, it's my opinion that perhaps those manpages belong better in the package man-pages. After all, they're relevant to the system even if keyutils is not installed. keyctl(2) belongs to man-pages and makes reference to these section 7 manpages. I can't comment further on the original report, though, due to it being closed.
