Description:
With the latest kernel my AC3168 still does not initialize. This is already reported in: https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=206479
None of the 5.5.x kernels working for me. Falling back to the lts kernel solves the problem.
Compiling the 5.5.x kernel with a patch from https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=206479#c4 solves the issue.

Additional info:
* package version(s): linux 5.5.8-arch1
* config and/or log files etc.
* link to upstream bug report, if any: https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=206479

Steps to reproduce:
Boot mainline kernel on Motile M141 with Intel AC3168 WiFi card.
