Description:

Some extension use x-scheme-handler/code-oss for login the user (e.g liveshare) the code-oss scheme is not registered by the desktop entry.

The package should add the x-scheme-handler/code-oss to the code-oss-url-handler.desktop file.

A fix is to run

$ xdg-mime default code-oss-url-handler.desktop x-scheme-handler/code-oss

Steps to reproduce:

- Use the liveshare extension (https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=MS-vsliveshare.vsliveshare-pack).
- Login in the extension with github.
- The login should redirect to a code-oss://<something> url that should open in vscode.
