I have upgrade arch linux to gnome 3.36, now if i try to run application installed with gnome software (flatpak), for example libreoffice, the startup is slowed down.

From log i have this timeout:
> journalctl -f
Mar 08 23:23:48 tuco soffice.bin[7330]: Settings portal not found: Error calling StartServiceByName for org.freedesktop.portal.Desktop: Timeout was reached

should be fixed with xdg-desktop-portal-gtk 1.6.0-3. you might need to relogin or run: systemctl --user restart xdg-desktop-portal xdg-desktop-portal-gtk

Now is ok, because this morning i have run distro upgrade and it has upgrade the package xdg-desktop-portal-gtk to version 1.6.0-2.
