Description:
Once hplip package is installed, hp-setup program crashes because it's missing pyqt4 or pyqt5.
The only supported one in Archlinux is pyqt5 (python-pyqt5) which needs to be manually installed.
python-pyqt5 is a dependency for the hplip package.

Steps to reproduce:
1. install hplip
2. run hp-setup

Expected result: normal program esecution
Actual result: program crash with error message about missing pyqt library.
