Description:
bnfisunit gives wrong answers in 2.11.3. This propagates up and causes some other functions to return incorrect results

? R=rnfisnorminit(y^3+3*y+1,x^2+y)
%1 = ...
? rnfisnorm(R,y^2)
%2 = [Mod(Mod(-y + 1, y^3 + 3*y + 1)*x + Mod(-y - 1, y^3 + 3*y + 1), x^2 + Mod(y, y^3 + 3*y + 1)), -1]

This is fixed on master, but apparently they forgot to backport the fix to stable, please patch
