PKGBUILD.diff adds string definitions for github.com/derailed/k9s/cmd.version github.com/derailed/k9s/cmd.commit github.com/derailed/k9s/cmd.date
Split out the commit used in source so it can be reused.
Use git committer date, strict ISO 8601 format.

@Sacro with this updated PKGBUILD does k9s produce output you were expecting?
