sorry its note ab bug .. you mußt unselect all visualtions im
beryl settingsmanager , restart beryl an configur it again

Right, this is an upstream bug. It seems to be related to the
decoration plugin, but I cannot reproduce it on my machine. I
didn't see a fix in svn yet.

at first start the "wobbling windows" plugin an then the
"decoration" it should work until you restart beryl. :-(
