Description:

I installed BOINC through the Manjaro XFCE package manager (pacman?) and start boinc with the "boinc" command. While starting up the log says that the Data directory is my own home directory and it gets filled with all the files (what is not so nice) :(

[kevinj@kevin-manjaro ~]$ boinc

02-Mar-2020 18:42:07 [---] Data directory: /home/kevinj
02-Mar-2020 18:42:08 [---] CUDA: NVIDIA GPU 0: GeForce GTX 1070 (driver version 418.11, CUDA version 10.1, compute capability 6.1, 4096MB, 3972MB available, 7046 GFLOPS peak)

02-Mar-2020 18:42:08 [---] Host name: kevin-manjaro

Is there a way to change this data directory? The directory /var/lib/boinc exists, but is empty.
Help me please :)
