Description:
I suspect that updating the linux kernel from 5.4.18-1 to 5.4.22-1 has caused my bug (the kernel was not the only package updated):
Once the computer has suspended it is nearly impossible to wake it. No amount of opening and closing of the lid, no amount of keyboard bashing, shortly pressing the power button is working, turning on it's bluetooth mouse . The only way I managed to get it out of sleep was plugin a phone onto the computer.
The system installed is Manjaro Gnome, all packages are up to date. acpi S3 suspend is enabled. No additionnal drivers where installed besides the Manjaro defaults

Steps to reproduce:
With a Lenovo X1 Yoga 3rd gen, with kernel 5.4.22-1, close the lid and wait 5 minutes, open the lid again and try everything to wake it. Also try to plug a phone in or another USB device this may wake it.
This task depends upon

@slijkvisser is the system using the Arch linux-lts 5.4.22-1 or Manjaro linux54 5.4.22-1 kernel?

@logs when I "uname -r" I get "5.4.22-1-MANJARO" so I guess it's the manjaro kernel.

Also, I updated the BIOS and I haven't had the problem since, but I can't confirm 100% that the problem is fixed.

Correction to my previous comment, the BIOS update has not fixed the problem. The computer can also be waken by plugging it to power
