Why now quodlibet depens on xine-lib? Is there any reason not place xine-lib not in opt-depens?

Why should we place xine-lib in opt-depends?

Because in prior versions of quodlibet package, xine-lib has been not in mandatory depends. So maybe its good to left users choose: xine-lib or gstreamer.

@gavcheg: Thanks for the report!

I've accidentally moved gst-plugins-base to makedepends. It should have stayed in depends and gst-plugins-bad should be in makedepends (and optdepends).
Will fix in a new release
