syncthing-discosrv and syncthing-relaysrv are both shipped with syncthing, but syncthing-relaysrv is built while syncthing-discosrv is not.
We need discosrv and hope you can add some extra lines in PKGBUILD to build it. (Maybe plus some systemd files.)

I've added this to the packaging, but since I don't actually run a discover server myself it would be nice if you could confirm that the package in testing works as expected to setup and run a server. You can try it with:

pacman -U https://archlinux.org/packages/community-testing/x86_64/syncthing-discosrv/download/
