I propose to rename aarch64-linux-gnu-* to aarch64-unknown-linux-gnu-* in order to be more concise with ArchLinuxArm's naming convention.

To understand the request better, could you please share more information about issues with the current naming. Why Arch name needs to be the same as at ArchArm's one?

It doesn't *have* to, but IMHO it would be more practical with how Arch Linux ARMs target triplet is configured. I was under the impression that, that is what these packages are for: to be able to cross compile to aarch64 for Arch Linux ARM.
It would help distcc to have the same naming convention.
