https://security.archlinux.org/issues/all produces a 308 permanent redirect response to https://security.archlinux.org/
It used to be a listing of all issues including solved issues. I do not know when the behavior changed.

fixed, flask routing changed behavior to always permanently redirect to the default values of a dynamic route, but unfortunately there was a faulty defaults for a route
you may need to clear certain caches as browsers tend to cache permanent redirects
