Additional comments about closing:  Fixed in audacious-plugins 1.3.0-4. Currently in [testing], will move to [extra] when libflac 1.1.4 does.

I don't know how popular SID support really is, but I've enabled this in the [testing] build of the plugins. When libflac 1.1.4 moves out of testing, so will the new build of the plugins.
