DetailsDescription:
Build-in audio stopped working on ASUS Chromebook Flip C302CA since kernel >= 5.4.arch1-1. The reason seems to be module snd-soc-skl no longer comes with the default kernel. Manually building the module by setting CONFIG_SND_SOC_INTEL_SKYLAKE=m in kernel config and loading it fixed the issue. Additional info: * 5.4.arch1-1 * # CONFIG_SND_SOC_INTEL_SKYLAKE is not set Steps to reproduce: upgrade linux package to any version >= 5.4.arch1-1 |
