Description:
When Adwaita is selected as the GTK3 theme for applications in KDE System Settings -> Application Style -> GNOME/GTK Application Style, changing the color scheme from the Colors section in KDE System Settings also changes the color for GTK3 applications using the Adwaita theme. For example, whereas the gtk3 applications should have been displayed with a light theme but they display dark if a dark color scheme is selected from the KDE System Settings -> Colors section. If you change the color scheme in KDE system settings it affects
both Qt and GTK applications, yes. What is the issue here?

I get your point. But Adwaita is a light theme, shouldn't the gtk3
applications display in light as they do for gtk2 applications.
Because there is an Adwaita-dark theme available separately.
