Gnome Control Center depends on libcheese to get user avatar from a webcam. On ArchLinux, gnome-control-center depends on cheese package. Others distributions like Fedora split the package into cheese and libcheese. Don't know if it's acceptable for ArchLinux Packaging Policy but should be great to prevent cheese app from being mandatory. |

We don't split binaries from libraries, except there is a proper amount of diskspace to be safed by splitting the package and then have different dependencies on the resulting packages.
