Description:
steam should list usbutils as an optional or mandatory dependency - SteamVR fails to start properly as it depends on having lsusb available

Steps to reproduce:
1) Install SteamVR
2) Try to connect HTC Vive or Valve index
3) Start SteamVR
4) It would fail with error 306 if lsusb is not available

Can you provide a log or something like that? I don't have a VR set, and I don't think Levente has one either.

I will add usbutils as a dependency to steam. Not sure yet if optional or not.
