I can't start gnomemeeting, i've got this message:
which i can translate by : "It seems that the file gnomemeeting.server is at a wrong place. Factory mode is disabled."
This message is followed by a Gconf error which is talked about here : http://www.gnomemeeting.org/index.php?rub=3&pos=0&faqpage=x345.html#AEN418

but i've followed what the FAQ said and i've got the same problem.

Then gnomemeeting crashes.

Can you give me the gconf error message (and translation) too? The factory mode error isn't causing the problem, gconf is.

This is a translation:
"Gconf key error: Gnomeeting got a wrong value for the Gconf key "/apps/gnomemeeting/general/gconf_test_age".

This could mean that Gconf schemas have not been correctly installed or that permissions are not correct."

Try this command as root: gnomemeeting-config-tool --install-schemas

If that doesn't work do this one too: gnomemeeting-config-tool --fix-permissions

it seems that the upgrade to gnome 2.6 fixed the problem...

Thanx Jason
