Description:

Upon upgrading ncurses in the testing repository, conflicting files were found.
ncurses releases after 6.1 now provide alacritty-terminfo files, so alacritty-terminfo should be removed from the repositories.

changelog for alacritty (0.4.0)[1] states the following:
Removed Alacritty terminfo from .deb in favor of ncurses provided one
searching ncurses mirror[2] shows that 3 patchsets (released after 6.1) now provide alacritty-terminfo.

Steps to reproduce:

Have alacritty-terminfo (0.4.1-1) and ncurses (6.1-7) installed, upgrade ncurses to 6.1+20200118-1. Pacman transaction will fail to commit due to conflicting files.
